PACE Golf Outing Participant Waiver & Release of Liability

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in the PACE Golf Outing (the “Event”) involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, or other unforeseen circumstances that may arise during or as a result of my participation.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this Event.

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge PACE (Public Advocates in Community Re-Entry), its employees, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and event organizers from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I agree to abide by all event rules, golf course policies, and instructions provided by event staff. I understand that failure to do so may result in my removal from the Event without refund.

I certify that I am physically able to participate in this Event and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.

I grant permission to PACE to use photographs, video, or other media taken during the Event that may include my likeness for promotional and marketing purposes, without compensation.

I understand that my registration and participation may involve fundraising or donations that are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read this waiver in full, understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily.
