PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
I, the Undersigned, by attending, spectating, or participating in PACE, Inc.’s Rebound for Re-Entry 3-v-3 Tournament (the “Event”), acknowledge and agree as follows:
I am aware that attending, spectating, or participating in the Event could result in injury or harm. I voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks of injury or harm associated with attending, spectating, or participating in the Event, including but not limited to those resulting in personal injury, death, property damage, or property loss.
I, for myself, my dependents, and any minors attending the Event with me, hereby agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless PACE, Inc., its employees, agents, representatives, volunteers, sponsors, and any other individuals or entities connected with the Event (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, lawsuits, or causes of action arising out of or in any way related to incidents, accidents, or occurrences at the Event, including but not limited to those resulting in personal injury, death, property damage, or property loss.
I authorize the Released Parties to seek medical treatment for me in the event I am injured, become ill, or have a medical emergency, and I agree to assume fully responsibility for the costs associated with any medical treatment sought on my behalf.
I agree to conduct myself in a reasonably safe, respectful, and sportsmanlike manner while attending, spectating, and participating in the Event. I understand that my failure to do so may result in my exclusion, ban, or disqualification from the Event, without refund.
I agree not to bring any alcoholic beverages, illicit drugs, weapons, explosives, or illegal or illicit products to the site of the Event. I understand that if I am caught with any such products, I may be excluded, banned, or disqualified from the Event, without refund.
I grant permission to the Event organizers, including PACE, Inc., its employees, agents, representatives, volunteers, sponsors, and any other individuals or entities connected with the Event, to use photographs, videos, and other recordings taken of me at the Event for promotional, fundraising, educational, or other purposes, without compensation.
I acknowledge that I have read this Agreement in full, I understand the terms and conditions of this Agreement, I am waiving certain legal rights under this Agreement, including the right to sue the Released Parties, and I am executing this Agreement voluntarily and without any coercion or duress.
